What happens if a product arrives damaged?

Since we have a 14-day open purchase period, you have 14 days from the day the product arrived to you to return it.

We have free shipping on all products.

What do I do if I want to change my order?

Then just send us an email with the order number and name before the order is sent. You can find our email under the heading "contact us".

How long does it take to get the money back in the event of a refund?

When the refund is confirmed, a message will be sent to you. After the message is received, it takes 10 days before the money appears in the account.
